JOil Jatropha plantation in Ghana

JOil Jatropha plantation project in Yeji (Ghana) targets 3,944 ha of shrubland for sustainable biofuel production. By 2018, 1,018 ha were planted, with the rest planned for 2022. Aims to mitigate climate change, create rural jobs, and improve community livelihoods through out-grower partnerships.
BaumInvest Forest Landscape Restoration Programme

BaumInvest Forest Landscape Restoration Programme restores degraded lands in Latin America and the Caribbean through reforestation and assisted regeneration. Focuses on native species to sequester CO₂, enhance biodiversity, and link natural reserves with biological corridors, with no commercial timber harvesting during the crediting period.

Nature Conservation Reforestation project – Caatinga Biome Ceara

Fortunat Reforestation Project in Ceará’s Caatinga biome (Brazil) restores degraded lands with mixed native plantations under Gold Standard certification. Implemented by Ymbu Agroflorestal with CO2logic and mkaarbon safari, it prevents further land degradation while generating certified carbon credits.
Reforestation Project in Costa Rica 01

Reforestation Project in Costa Rica 01 (part of BaumInvest Programme) restores 1,030 ha of former cattle pastures in Caño Negro and Cote (Northern Zone). Aims at CO₂ sequestration, rural employment, and biodiversity protection through habitat conservation and connectivity.
Irokko GHG Compensation ARR

Irokko project restores farmland cleared in the past to long-lived forest ecosystems, boosting biodiversity and carbon sequestration. On 14 ha of land in Maxime Cotnoir’s property, it establishes softwood and hardwood forests with 70-year growth and 50-year crediting periods, ensuring long-term climate, ecological, and community benefits.
Compensazione GHG Irokko ARR

Small scale community-based afforestation program in Ethiopia

MfM’s community-based afforestation program in Ethiopia (since 2022) combats drought, erosion, and deforestation by restoring degraded land and improving rural livelihoods. Starting with 510 ha in Wogdi (Amhara), the 30-year PoA will generate up to 16,000 tCO₂/year of GS VERs, with community participation central to long-term sustainability and SDG impacts.
