Aprosacao Reforestation Project in Honduras (Olancho) ripristina foreste su pascoli degradati vicino al Parco Patuca, hotspot di biodiversità. Coinvolge piccoli agricoltori in modelli agroforestali (cacao, silvopascolo, popolamenti puri), offrendo piantine, formazione e supporto per valorizzare legname, NTP ed ecoservizi, generando reddito e resilienza locale.

Gestito da 7 cooperative comunitarie, contribuisce a sequestro di CO₂, biodiversità, qualità dell’acqua e reddito locale, integrando obiettivi ambientali e sociali nazionali.

The Humbo Assisted Regeneration Project (Southwest Ethiopia) restores 2,724 ha of degraded land with indigenous trees through assisted natural regeneration. Managed by seven community cooperatives, it delivers carbon sequestration, biodiversity, water and habitat benefits, while supporting local livelihoods under agreed community bylaws.
